I made an appointment for an estimate for roofing and gutters on my mother's house. The person doing the estimate never showed, I waited 45 minutes. I drove 1 hour to and from my mother's home to meet the estimator. Never got a call that they would be late or any other excuse. How can a business survive with this totally unacceptable business behavior? I was going to call them, but decided not to because I would NEVER want to do business with Brookfield Roofing, and there is NO EXCUSE for the way I was treated!

We've just had our 16-year-old roof replaced, and it is beautiful. The team of Brookfield Contractor answered all of our questions regarding cost, warranty, and was easy to work with.  Thanks for the patience and answering all my questions. Highly recommend.

I had a very pleasant experience with this company. I needed a carpet cleaner to come in at one of my properties before a new tenant arrived. They came out the next day, were reasonably priced and did a great job!
