A C Roofing

WILL NEVER RECOMMEND A.C ROOFING and CONSTRUCTION LLC (OWNER: ANTHONY CARTER) TO ANY ONE, EVEN TO MY DOG!nAs a means of background, I signed a contract with A.C. Roofing and Construction, llc, on June 27, 2020. Pursuant to the Contract, the original scope of the project was to add fencing, pour concrete for a sidewalk, paint and replace the locks on the security door, and paint the front banister at my property. The total price of the Contract was $6,800. Due to additions to the scope of the project, including added materials for the installation of a cement basketball court, the price of the Contract now totals $11,000. To date, I have paid A.C. Roofing a total of $8,000. Pursuant to the Contract, all work was to be completed on or before July 3, 2020. It is not well past that date and most of the Project still remains incomplete, including the fence and concrete. A.C Roofing has not provided me with notice of any delay in the performance of the contract nor with any rationale for why the project still remains incomplete. I have attempted to contact A.C Roofing on multiple occasions to inquire about the status of the project but has received no response. As such, I am unsure if A.C Roofing intends to finish the work it was hired to complete, and if so, of any timeline for when such work will be completed. At this moment, I need him to refund my money and return my lawn back to the way he met it, as I feel like he defrauded me. The Company is a Fraud, and his FLYER IS IN MENARD. Beware!!!
