Pete Howard was the mechanic who assembled my Trek Super Commuter +7 and then delivered it to my house. He explained all of the bike controls extremely thoroughly and in a way I could easily understand, including all precautions to take. It was obvious that he, like all of the staff I have met at Brookfield Wheel & Sprocket, has a great passion for his work and for helping as many of us enjoy biking to the fullest as possible. I am very fortunate to be living so close to Wheel & Sprocket, and I look forward to sharing a life of adventurous and safe biking with them for many years to come. Thank you!
Superior service by Jeff in the Recumbent Bike/Trike part of the store. No heavy handed salesmanship, just chill, like we were chatting at a barbecue on a Sunday afternoon. Great selection! Terra Trike you have my heart!!!!!

I was there for a repair, and they quickly isolated the issue and fixed it for a reasonable price while I waited for a few minutes. My wife was interested in viewing some bikes, and, while they were out of frames in her size, they provided helpful information on when those models would be in stock.
