Community really worked with us to make sure we could get a new roof. Steven was especially helpful. I recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. Many neighbors have already used them and continue to use them, I can see why. We love our new roof and gutters, the sky lights look great, best part of all? No leaks!

Included Community Roofing & Restoration in the bidding process for a new roof and gutters. I had contacted several other contractors, some never heard back from, others declined the job due to the roof pitch. Steven at Community was very prompt and professional. He provided a a detailed bid with straight forward pricing. If you have a home remodel process I would highly recommend reaching out to Steven at Community Roofing & Restoration.

We were getting an old chimney removed and were potentially going to need roof repair. Our house has a rubber roof because the slope isn't steep enough. Steve explained the process for repairing a rubber roof and how it differs from repairing a normal shingle roof. He left rubber patches to patch the hole for the chimney guys to use in case they couldn't make it here the same day. Turned out the the chimney stopped short of the roof so we didn't need repair. Steve got back to me, canceled our appointment, and gave a full refund for our deposit. Excellent service and very professional. Would highly recommend!!nnIf ever in the future we need roof work done, we will certainly be using Community Roofing and Restoration!!!

They hire sub contractors and have you buy supplies and don’t pay them for work done.nnWe got hired by a sales guy telling us he was the owner of the company asked us to supply materials for the job that was installed.nnCome to find out sales guy tried to run his own project hired people had them get supplies when he wasn’t supposed to.nnOwner came out to job site told us he would make sure we got paid for work that was done come to find out that wasn’t true.nnWe have thousands invested into a project that we said no to a few times but after being asked multiple times we jumped on a job that had zero directions.nnRoofing crew pulled gutters didn’t mark spots to put back.nnRoofing crew put gutter apron so far back it wouldn’t cover gutters.nnAll around just bad.nnI feel bad for home owner as we are placing a lean do to no payment. Homeowner shouldn’t need to deal with this.
