I had a front and back door installed. Rob and Jazz called to say that they had arrived but I wasn't at the house! Luckily they were very understanding and polite and waited for me to get back home. They were both very courteous and a pleasure to have around! They kept everything very clean and tidy and were extremely informative when showing me how to use the doors.nnI would definitely recommend to anybody and would certainly use again.nnThe door look fantastic!

I believe Abby windows to be a good company but there are issues of professionalism and customer service that needs addressing. I purchased new windows from Abby back in August 2020 and made my down payment. There rep said it would take 6-8 weeks for project to be complete. It actually took almost 4 months. Everytime I called the rep for updates I almost never received a call back. So I called the office manager and installation dept mgr and most times it was either no return call or a return call with no estimated time of installation. It had become frustrating and I told Abby employees my concerns. My windows are good even though the factory messed up one window and another was cracked. I guess I will have to wait another 3-4 months for those repairs. Unprofessionalism came into the picture by way of one window install crew member who used my bathrooms without permission. I informed Abby about this but so far, silence. I just believe that customer service and professionalism need to be addressed by management. I felt like no one at Abby cared about my concerns.

Our experience with Abby Windows has been excellent. Mandy one-off the sales representatives gave an outstanding presentation without any high sales pitch. When our windows arrived Carlos and his partner did an amazing job of removing our old 11 windows and one large picture window. Installation of the new windows was done with great professionalism and quality perfection. The crew worked from 8 A.M. until 7:15 P.M. without taking a break. The windows look fantastic and are a breeze to operate. Couldn’t be more pleased with Abby Windows.

We purchased all new windows, bay window and a patio door. Besides being a local company, we wanted high quality windows that provided UV protection without tinting the windows too much. ud83dudc4d We were overwhelmed by their professional installation and openness to our crazy schedule to get everything done. Not only would we use them again, but highly recommend them to others. Abby Windows is the best!

We went through Abby Windows to have our French patio doors remove and install sliding patio doors. We were told we would have a drywall return to not have what we expected. Through the time of installation, the installers constantly made comments on how they were running out of materials and needed to get it done. Complained the patio railing was in the way of their work. The results were not clean as hoped. The team always left dust everywhere and rarely cleaned up after themselves. The installers were not the easiest to schedule with. 2 times did they not show up, others they showed up extremely late, and never notified me, I had to call them to figured out what was going on. The interior edging is still bent and the drywall is still cracked. Was informed that it was my job to finish the caulking when the invoice states the company. The sales rep and project manager were very helpful and have tried their best to work with us. But emailing trying to get results-half the company you do not hear from. We asked for a partial refund as now we will have to outsource and find somone to fix the issues, and offered an amount that wouldnt even cover the parts and materials for the next person to get it fixed. We are going to paint to see how it looks but I have a feeling you will still be able to see the drywall cracks. I do not believe we will work with Abby Windows again.
