I called Flat Roof Specialist when I noticed granules on my patio. Kevin came out to evaluate my roof. The granulation was from a small area of my garage that I had repaired about a year ago. The material that was used was cracked and granulating. In the process of evaluating that area Kevin inspected 2 other large flat roofs that i have. There were splits in the seams, curling of the materials and holes. The roof was in very poor condition. After review of photos I asked for options. Kevin was able to offer an alternative to replacing the roof. The restoration will extend the life of the roof 10-15 years.nI am very pleased with the work done by Kevin and his crew. I will use them for future needs. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing work! on time appointment & probably one of the lowest price’s you will get! Not to mention there crew cleaned up everything well & was super safe wearing N95 mask’s & gloves that was a plus for me showing that there taking this stuff seriously and care about there customers! highly recommended.
Recently purchased a 6 flat and had around 7-8 leaks in the entire building. Called up flat roof experts and they came out within an hour - I’ve had several quotes for tear-offs which was for $30K-$40K+ - Kevin who is in charge there explained to me that I didn’t need to tear off my roof at the moment and was able to give me a restoration plan with silicone water-proof coating. - I’ve decided to go with them the price they gave me was outstanding!! Roof looks great and the best part about it haven’t gotten any water in my building, the crew was A1 with the work & clean-up
I had an appointment no one ever showed up: called left a message owner texted and said give him a week 2 months later still no one have shower. I have a warranty that has not been honored from a company this company bought took over for
