I can’t say enough good things about Advanced Exteriors. Mike and Jim came out to the house and gave me a solid assessment of my problemsnas it pertained to my roof and gutter system. Within 24 hrs of their visit I had a detailed scope scope of work and a very fair price estimate. Once I signed off on the contract and provided my down payment, work began three days later. They completely tore off the upper roof shingles and decking and half the lower to rebuild my sagging overhang issue. Each day they were here, the yard was completely cleaned of any debris and thoroughly inspected for nails. Once the roof was complete, they installed all new gutters with a hinge feature on all my down spout extensions for convenience when cutting my lawn. If you are looking for honest, hardworking, and dedicated professionals, this is the company. Truly couldn’t be more happy with their service and professionalism. We had a rotting balcony that was nesting in between two roof lines. It was also causing some leaking into our newly renovated kitchen. Advanced Exteriors of Wisconsin came out to give us a quote the day I called and had their team over in 2 weeks to demo the balcony and connect the two roof lines. They also went ahead and took out the door to the balcony and sealed everything up weather-tight. They matched our shingles and our siding perfectly. When we were given a quote, Mike was honest with us and told us some small things we could do ourselves to save us some money (caulking nails, etc), which I really appreciated. I will be using this company again in the future to redo our soffits and potentially our gutters. Definitely recommend.
Came home to a puddle in the middle of the living room from a leak in our roof. It was late at night and they still had someone come take a look within the hour and give us an estimate. The price was fair and they had someone there the very next morning to and patch the roof. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly responsive!
I called Mike in a real pinch with my roof. He answered immediately, came out to check out the issue immediately, and fixed the issue immediately (despite the work being extensive!). I am SO grateful to Advanced Exteriors of Wisconsin!!
Got a text out of the blue after requesting a quote. Mike came over and repaired my buckled vinyl siding in what felt like less than 5 minutes. Great service and friendly people. I would reccomend to anyone and would use service again.
