The staff and pharmacist at this location are professional and very helpful. The location is well organized and they have great COVID precautions in place. I picked up a new prescription last week and today I received a call from the pharmacist just asking how it’s working for me. He said it was their policy to follow up on me prescriptions. I truly appreciate the level of care they show!
Good:nLet me use a GoodRx coupon after my purchase and refunded me the extra money I paid.nBad:nWere an hour late with my prescription.nDidn't bother looking up a more cost effective prescription for me or if there were any coupons. Every other pharmacy I've been to has done this for me. I had to look it up after the fact.nPharmacist wasn't very helpful with instructions on medicationnI needed an OTC non prescription medicine. Instead of giving me the cost effective option first they proceeded just to grab the more expensive version behind their counter
Way better service than the 76 and capitol location- that is for sure!
Drive thru pharmacy has a permanently posted sign that both lanes are lanes are open. Yet, when trying to use second lane, told it’s not open. Must be laziness. Ok fine, then don’t have a permanent sign.
Pharmacists at this Walgreens have been the best always! I’ve literally been going here my whole life for prescriptions and even when the new ones come aboard there great!
