Whoever the Neosha female is with the piercings in her face needs a major adjustment. Loudly commenting how customers are allegedly getting on your nerves and gesturing like customers are animals to approach forward is ghetto and bad customer service. The bad part is that the store was not busy at the particular moment I was in there when she made the comments and gestures.

Not the best, Not the worst

Patrick is a manager there, and probably the best one I've ever seen. He shows exceptional customer service, and really goes beyond his job description. He's on top of everything while being very helpful to everyone, and has a good sense of humor. Anyone who is having difficulties, whether it is finding out information or addressing a negative experience, look for him. He'll sort it out, every time. Great, hard-working guy. His effort and performance alone gives this whole store a 5-star review from me.
