We were referred to Smart Roofing by our neighbors who just had their roof done. They were so impressed by the quality of work and professionalism of the entire crew. So we called up Dale and had a great experience as well. Our roof was a pain. We have 6 skylights that were not installed properly and a list of many other problems. Dale worked with us on price, and our roof and skylights are fixed and amazing! They have a 5-star rating for a reason. They are the best in the area.
Dale was referred to me (by a chimney repairman that I had used in the past) to fix a large chimney flashing that was improperly installed during a roof replacement by another local company, Ridge Top Exteriors. I wish I had gotten the referral prior to the whole roof replacement, because the difference was night and day.nDale was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure that our roof was taken care of and no longer leaking before the winter months hit. The work was performed with a high degree of quality, and he thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done and why. Pricing was fair and workmanship was top-notch. Highly recommended.

Dale replaced our ridge shingles because they didn't last as they should have from the original roof his company installed. Dale's work was high quality and he fully explained it to us and cleaned up afterward. He evaluated the rest of the roof and didn't try to sell us more than we needed.
