We had a small roof repair and attic vents that needed replacing. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and timeliness of arrival to project. The workers were hardworking and took pride in their work. I was also thrilled that they cleaned up after themselves. You would have never known work was done as there were no scraps.
Their guys did a nice job - they were hard working and they took pride in their work. I work in the trades myself as an electrician - and they are the type of folks who will get something done! Their quote was fair, and they were willing to help with validating some insurance quotes to give me piece of mind. Would definitely recommend and gladly would use again.
Had flat roof put on old building. 3 men ripped off old roof & installed new roof in one day. They were on time, efficient, courteous & answered my questions. Would highly recommend.
The office staff and owner ensure an awesome experience with a job well done! Communication is fast, the quote is transparent, and the project was completed in half the time I was originally told. Non-salesy: low-pressure experience with only information, transparency, and patience along the way. The owner answered my questions leading up to the project and made the final touch-ups after the crew did the bulk of the job. Now I have a beautiful new roof. I would highly recommend this company for roofing!
Excellent work by ACT, LLC throughout process. From the start, communication was timely and accurate. Quote came in below others. Crew did a high quality job and was extremely efficient, punctual and communicative even explaining that they had to leave early on the last day and it would extend the time needed to finish but also explaining that everything had been covered or finished such that there would be no issues because of it. Overall I am highly satisfied with both the completed job and experience overall. I would highly recommend.
