Weather Tight did a complete gutter replacement and installation of leaf guards yesterday. They were punctual, arriving promptly at 08:00, and wore face masks while talking to me through my screen door. I contracted with them earlier this year and was extremely satisfied with their offer, warranty service and quoted price. Everything went as planned, with no hidden costs tacked on at the end of the contract. They completed the job in a single day and walked with me for a final inspection. There was no leftover mess and the gutters looked beautiful. As requested, the downspout extensions, installed to keep water away from the foundation, were easily removable for lawn cutting. They said if I noticed any problems with water overflowing the leaf guards, or any other problems whatsoever, I should call them and they would fix them free of charge. Part of the excellent warranty coverage provided. I am a member of the Weather Tight family as they have previously installed my metal roof and replaced my old double pane windows with triple pane ones, all functioning without problems to date. I have even noticed my energy costs have decreased significantly. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Weather Tight performed a complete renovation of the exterior of our home, a thirty-one year old, two story colonial. It is awesome. The quality of product and attention to detail is excellent. Weeks later my wife comes home, looks at the house, and says she loves it. Absolutely no buyers remorse about the money we spent. It was worth every penny. They not only fixed the items worn with age but what the original builder failed properly accomplish. The house is now wrapped, has new insulated siding, gutters, leaf guards, soffits, trim boards, and is finished expertly.

We had 6 windows installed. Our installers were awesome and had the job done super fast! However, the quality of the product was terrible. All of the handles and locking mechanisms were broken before they even left. We were told that it happens, but not usually to EVERY window that is installed.nSo we are told we still had to pay for our defective windows that day and wait for a service order to be completed. I obviously refuse to pay for something that is defective from the day it arrives. I will pay them when my brand new windows are fixed. So now I have to wait for brand new parts to come in for my brand new windows and then wait for an appointment to have someone come fix them.nI personally will not hire this company again as it baffles me that they would send defective products to be installed. It's a shame, because our next project was a roof and siding, which all would have been pretty expensive.

We appreciated the quality of the final installation by Chris. He was extremely thorough, professional and did an excellent job. Our only disappointment was the delay in getting the patio door from the manufacturer. We were originally told the door would be here by mid-October, but it wasn't available until the end of November. We understand this has been a difficult year for manufacturing and would hope that is what caused the delay. The quality of the work, however, was fabulous.

Our siding crew Bob, Jessie, Justin and Joe went above and beyond on our project! We went from tan old siding with stone below the front windows to firebrick red with beautiful stone on our exterior living room wall.nThey found a lot of rot, mold and deteriorationnwhen they removed the old stone. They repaired, replaced and sealed everything which gave us such peace of mind knowing there is nothing hiding underneath anymore.nOur house is now wrapped in Tyvek, along with the insulated siding, which will now make our cold house of the past 2 winters more energy efficient and cozy.nWe are the talk of the neighborhood, we are already getting tons of compliments! Our house looks amazing and we owe it all to our siding crew!nIt was also a pleasure to have Todd stop by and meet him and also hear he had such high praise for the siding crew taking care of our house!nAnd one last shout out to Sam Washer... for putting up with us pretty much telling him exactly what we wanted our house to look like and him never pressuring us to do anything different.nThanks again Weather Tight!!!
