Awesome experience with Jeremy and the rest of the Erik’s crew! I came in for a bike tune-up but instead ended up trading in my bike. They made the process quick and easy! 100% recommend Erik’s if you’re looking for a bike or have any biking needs.
Super friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Needed screws for my son's longboard. Not only did they have them, they put them on for my son!
Plain awesome.nnMy need was not that significant, but it's the great customer service that I want to highlight.nnI walked in about 4 yesterday (Sunday) and they were going to close at 5. My bike's front derailleur cable was frail and came off, so I needed to replace and tune it. Not a big job. In fact, the service guy did it for me in no more than 5 minutes.nnWhat was remarkable to me was how nice they all were. As far as I could tell, they were about 5 guys working on the floor, and I interacted with 3 of them. They were all very kind and welcoming.nnGranted my need was that big, the fact that they squeezed me in simply because they could when they are booked about 2 weeks ahead makes me feel even better visiting their shop.
Jeremy provided excellent product information that made it easy for me to purchase the 2029 Specialized Roubaix Comp Di2. Thanks to Jeremy and the rest of the team!!!
