I have been trying to purchase a several parts and a frame set from Fyxation for several months now. I have found that they have very poor communication and zero follow through with consumer enquires. I even tried to call and spoke to Chase twice and he could only suggest I email different departments. I was in contact with Ben and and Josh via email and have sent 7 emails to their 2 (1 each) both times saying they would get back to me. I am well over it and have come to terms I need to purchase parts through a more reputable company. If their products are anything like their service, be cautious!

Got a Pixel 7 from them. This is the best bike I’ve ever owned. Comfortable, easy assembly, smooth ride. It was supposed to ship August 30th but I got it on October 9th. It’s not really their fault. They were waiting on the manufacturer, it’s Covid, there’s just a shortage on all commodities right now. I emailed them twice about my order status and they responded within a few hours with an update. Fantastic shop. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend. They deserve all of the rave reviews.

My bike broke down yesterday - a relatively minor issue - near the shop. I had no wallet, and was not a customer. When I came in and asked for help, they were fast, friendly, helpful, and free! Noah went and got tools, came out and fixed the issue right up while being super nice with my kids. I wasn't a customer before, but I am now! I will definitely give them my business in the future.

This is an awesome place to get your bikes fixed! My niece needed her bike tires fixed as well as a headstand. Another bike place said it would be three weeks due to the virus and it would cost 70. This place did it in half an hour, and said that the bike just needed new tunes, not a whole tire, and they charged 40. Very friendly and responsive staff.
