The decision to remodel our basement with J&J Contractors proved to be well worth the investment, as we are very pleased with the final product.nnOur project manager, Josh, was attentive to our requests and concerns. We felt confident in his expertise throughout the entire remodel. Josh was aware of every detail and when it was to be completed. He brought professional and respectful trades to our house, and he made sure the timeline was being followed. When we did encounter a problem, he responded in a timely manner to reach a resolution. The result was a spectacular finished basement which we will enjoy for years to come!
We needed our roof stripped and replaced because of the age of the roof and a couple of trouble spots. We also had all our gutters and downspouts replaced. The total job was about 4000+ square feet of roofing and 300 ft. of gutters wrapping the entire house. Dave from J&J was our contact person and appeared to be the job foreman keeping everything on task. Dave was easy to get a hold of and very pleasant when questions needed to be answered. The job was started and completed right on schedule. They also did a very nice job of cleaning up afterward. We will be using them in the future for our other construction needs.
J & J Contractors was responsive in their turn around time to inspect my roof and give me an estimate the next day. The communication was excellent from the project manager and kept me in the loop weekly as to when the work would be started and daily the week of as there were some rain delays. I also appreciated the smoothness of the subcontractors who fixed the chimney and installed the new gutters. The process was seemless and the work was high quality. We love our new roof, skylight and gutters and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
This is the second time we have used J&J. Both projects were completely different however they were both handled with much professionalism. Adam Chernohorsky was our general contractor for our basement gut & remodel jo.b He was always honest & helpful along the way. The questions never bothered him and he was always willing to address whatever came up. All of the subcontractors were VERY polite.nI would recommend J&J for any home projects.
Would highly recommend J&J Contractors for any roofing needs. I had a small repair job that needed to be completed ASAP in order to meet the closing date on my house. Even though they were swamped with work, they were able to fit my job into their schedule. David Bartz was professional and communicated well during the whole process. I would work with them again!
