Frank-Dale Exteriors

Frank-Dale replaced our roof, early June 2020. Andy was honest, and responsive to our needs. The price was competitive, Sergio, and the crew did an excellent job. they arrived on time, as promised, worked hard, did an excellent job, and did a very thorough clean up, when finished . We have no complaints, and would not hesitate having them do future work on our home. Thanks guys.....

Had new roof completed which involved a complete tear off at the end of April 2020 which we thought at the time was absolutely beautiful. (Which has now become a quick nightmare.) We never had any water leaking issues until now after roof has been completed. Texted our point of contact and he did come out the follow day which was a Monday and stated he would need to come back On Wednesday 5/20. Wednesday goes by and now it’s Saturday 5/23 with still no follow ups or calls. I text our contact person with a picture of next weeks weather forecast and he stated they would be out today 5/23. After staying home all day on my husbands birthday no one ever showed up. I even texted our point of contact again around 3pm to ask for an ETA and of course no response. This morning Sunday 5/24, he finally reached out stating now someone will be out later next week. A few hours later I received a call stating someone is outside my house to look at the roof. I went outside and no one was there. Twenty minutes goes by and guy texted me asking me where I was. I stated I was outside. Turns out the guy was at the completely wrong house and asked for my address which I thought was odd since they should already have that info. Needless to say the repair guy called back and stated he will NOW be at our home later next week. At this point, the lack of poor communication and feeling like we are getting blown off is not the company I thought we were purchasing our roof from. For the amount of money that we paid in FULL and paid for a warranty this is by far the worst experience that I have ever had with a company.

Crew arrived at specified time and got started early. Crew was good cleaned up the area afterwards. Owner Andy was honest and gave me a good competitive price.nVery Satisfied with the work!!!

What can I say working with the owner Andy was painless. Received 5 quotes for a 8 unit condo roof replacement and Frank-dale was the best.nNot only did they start on time but finished two days early.nWork completed August 16, 2017nWe had NO damage to our property and clean up was spot on.nnWhen taking on such a big project and reviewing roofing contractors you just never know if your going to get the service and workmanship their trying to sell you. In the end you have to pick one and hope for the best.nThe Condo Assoc. could not be happier with the service we received from start to finish with Frank-dale Exteriors. We will use them for all our exteriors needs in the future .nnI highly recommend them to anyone in need of a up front no BS roofing company who does what they say.nnThank you Andy, I can honestly say it was a pleasure working with you and all your workers.

We had our roofing job completed the week of May 14, 2018. The workmanship was very good and the tear-off & replacement was completed in 1.5 days. The dumpster was removed from the driveway the day after. The crew did a really nice clean-up job on the grass, deck, and shrub beds.nnGaritt, the sales rep and crew lead, was great to work with - knowledgeable, honest, and is not a high pressure salesman. He clearly explained the aspects of the job and documented the agreements on the contract. He provided the post-work inspection.nnFrank-Dale will likely not be the lowest bid (nor the highest!), but provided very good value for the cost. We are satisfied customers!
