Outstanding people at this store. They went above and beyond and fixed my daughter's mountain bike last minute. They even made some necessary adjustments without my asking free of charge. Amazing find! Drove up from Racine, but I'd drive 3x as far if I had to. Great selection, prices but the staff really made the difference. The person who working on my tire & rim has 20 years of experience in the industry.
So far so good. I have Very expensive old school Bmx bikes 5 to be exact. I've taken some here and i try to only deal with Steve a bike mechanic. He's professional and knows to be careful with my stuff. Because i am Extremely picky an some of these old parts are hard to find. Plus they know not to hand my bike back with grease on my pads or something wrecked while in there service. There was a time we had to wait to on a freewheel to come in and it took Awhile because of covid-19. Other than that it's been ok. Price's for service are a bit high. You get what you pay for. Plus I've had to call them back to see my bike stat's. There busy i get it.
The staff at the Franklin store were friendly and very knowledgeable. The store was clean and everyone was practicing Covid guidelines so I felt safe being inside. The staff was efficient, but also thorough in helping me get acquainted with my new bike, helmet, lights and warranty!
The person I discussed my rental with on the phone recognized me at my appointment time by name, and helped me with all my questions before I left the store. End-to-end service!
