I had Real Estate Improvement Co. put a roof on my home last year. They were here to improve my roof not just slap one on. They improved my venting, brought every thing back to code. They were clean and respectful of my property. Great job!

Mat is very professional. We had long time leak problem IN THE attic and one room in the second floor. We had four contractors came to diagnose and give us proposal. Mat is the one that had the most experience and his price is competitive as well. We went ahead with mat for the work. This is our rental peoperty, and we have already moved out of the town and we were not able to go back there. The tenant said they were professional. Mat sent me.pictutes of before and after the work. His work look great. I am happy.working with him.

Great company to work with. We most recently had gutter guard installed by Real Estate Improvement Co. They went above and beyond what we expected. They not only installed the guard, but cleaned and straightened the gutters too. Real Estate Improvement Co has also installed our composite deck and has some interior remodeling for us too. We have always been very happy with their service, but we also appreciate the level of professionalism in the company. We will definitely call them again for any other home improvements we might have in the future.

These guys do a super job, from the beginning of the quote process, to the final detail. I had been in the process of selling my home in Muskego, after the home inspection, several items were noted and in need of repair to make the closing happen. Matt came out, provided an estimate and within a couple of days his crew was on site, making the place look great. They are honest, polite, and maintain a very clean worksite throughout the project.nnUnlike other contractors who may provide an estimate and maybe schedule you in about a month later, REI was busy but understood I needed this stuff done quickly. They also stayed on the job until it was finished. (Not starting and then coming back in a week).nnAn example, I needed aluminum trim installed around the windows and some rotted wood replaced. The work was flawless. The seams were perfect, and the caulking blended in with the rest of the siding and trim.nnOne other thing to note... there were things I wanted to have done, which Matt and his team didn't take on, as they knew it would not turn out well with my timing and budget. Very honest and candid about the work which was, and was not to be done. No surprises.nnI recommend REI, without reservation, to anyone who needs roofing, windows, gutters and/or general construction to be done.

I have used RE Improvement Company twice and have been extremely pleased with their service. Matt and his team were extremely knowledgeable and reasonably priced. On his most recent visit, he gave me server options to deal with an ice damming problem. He is now my go-to guy for roofing and gutter work.
