We're having our siding replaced and so far we've only in the consultation and planning stage, but we've already had a really great experience. Bryan has been a pleasure to work with; he's both professional and personable, he really seems to understand the process, materials and options available, and he worked with us to find a solution we're excited about that also fits our budget. It's our first time dealing with siding, and we had a ton of questions and different ideas for what we wanted, he was able to answer all everything thoroughly and help us work through our ideas to arrive at something that seems like it will look good, last a long time, and that we can afford. He seems to sincerely like both his work and houses in general, which made us feel all the more confident in the whole process. Basically, I was nervous going in because of the commitment and expense, and now I'm heading in to the next part feeling really good about it. A+ service! Thank you Bryan!

My experience with Guardian from the get go was quite wonderful. They are an easy company to work with and truly try to put the customer’s concerns and needs first and at no time did I feel like it was a complicated process (I had a complete roof tear off and replacement on a newly purchased home).nnBryan came out and did the initial inspection for a new roof and then sat down with me to explain concerning areas and offer me a variety of products to choose from. He was very knowledgeable about the products and really tried to help me find something that worked for my specific project within my budget.nnPeyton from the main office was excellent at maintaining open lines of communication regarding the status of materials and project start dates. She’s extremely nice and answered all of my questions!nnNick, the project manager for my roof made sure to walk over the finished project with me, answered any of my questions or remaining concerns. The final product looks really sharp and I’m quite pleased with how it all turned out!nnThank you!

They had Patrick stop by to check on my interest for replacement windows. Before I even had a meeting with him felt like I already knew him from bio( info ) sent out by office. He exceeded my expectations- was class act, most helpful in checking out my needs while not pushing me. Offered suggestions when ask, seemed well informed. It was a pleasure doing business with him!

Bryan, our home advisor, had really strong communication skills, was very patient/understanding to our requests, and was really great at planning and coordinating everything that needed to get done for our project. He also showed he was passionate about his job and went out of his way to find pictures of what we were looking to do and even drove around to different neighborhoods near by to find similar work done so we could see it in person. Bobby, who installed the trim around our windows and doors, had great attention to detail, strong communication skills, professional, friendly, and was all around a hard worker. He really cared about the work he did and wanted to make sure we were happy with the product and end job. He also went out of his way to creatively problem solve when problems arose to make sure everything was perfect for us which we really appreciated! Matt and Nick that were on the job as well also were very friendly, hardworking and had strong attention to detail. They all worked long hours and didn't complain or have an attitude once. Thanks to all of you for doing a great job on our windows! We love them!

Great experience working with Bryan S. from Guardian. Provided great recommendations for various budgets that was practical and realistic. Can't say enough about his professionalism and great demeanor. Definitely will be contacting Guardian for our next home improvement needs.
