We have purchased new Trek bicycles from John at Marinette Cycle Center for more than 25 years! We love the selection, accessories available, quick assistance and thorough repairs.. all of this “far above the call of duty”! John is one of those craftsmen who give good, honest advice.. the best kind. Recently I stopped in to talk about an electric bike I had in mind. His stock of Bosch electric bikes was so superior to the ones I had in mind, it set me in a new road entirely. No “hard selling”. The kind of business you stick with, and come back to often.
I love Marinette Cycle Center! John is always helpful and informative. If you've got any questions about bikes, he's got your answer. And if you don't see what you're looking for he'll order it.
Great bike shop, awesome service, no upselling, no scams, just a real guy who wants to get you on the right bike. I drive double the distance to support John, rather than another shop that only wants to upsell everything I don't need or want.
Really awesome bike store. Went in there to see if he could fix up my old bike. He was straight with me and said it really was not worth it but I did not leave there empty handed. I ended up running to the Integra first bank and by the time I got back he had a brand new bike ready for me to sign the paperwork and take it home. Would HIGHLY recommend Marinette cycle center to anyone.
Got a Trek 920 about a week ago from the Cycle Center. It is fantastic and the service at the center is great. Taking my old bike to be tuned up there, the owner knows his stuff. Have always bought my bikes here they are great!
