They replaced our roof on her house three years ago. Shingles have been falling off onto our lawn leaving blank spots on the roof. I’ve called them four or five times since I noticed the problem and they don’t even have the courtesy to answer the phone or return my call. I finally had to have someone else come out and do the repair their shotty work.
My husband work for Nick my husband he was traveling everyday from appleton to wuasa the last two week my husband work for him he dont pay my husband ,my husband had to use our money to pay our employees my husband he call Nick but he disconet her phone I hope before hire Nick make sure the people do the job Nick pay the employees
Epic was regularly late. The deck issue that they fixed came back the next year and they have never responded to me in regards to looking at the issue again.
I have nothing but respect for Nick the owner at Epic Contractors. He put together a beautiful deck for my family. He new exactly what I wanted and what I could afford. He came back with an estimate an a timely fashion, to full fill my needs for the summer. I would recommend his company to anyone. Thanks Nick!
