I called the store asking to purchase two bikes. John very quickly took my info and said he'd call back in a few minutes. In that time he called their Green Bay store and caught the driver of their transfer truck before they left. He was able to confirm one bike was already on the truck and then get the second bike added to the truck to be delivered to Wausau that afternoon. We went to the store that same day and John and his staff were very helpful with assisting us to ensure we had the correct size bikes. All in all it was a great purchasing experience.
I love my bike, the staff is super helpful and very kind. I will definitely be back for all my biking needs.

Super helpful. Many times a specialty retailer, regardless of the industry, will have a tendency to cater to more avid users of their product and forget about the average customer. NOT THIS PLACE! No mater your skill level, no matter your knowledge of bikes, you will be treated well here. I highly recommend this store for your next bike, or service on your existing one.
