We had the flat roof of our Frank Lloyd Wright house (listed on the National Register of Historic Places and a Wausau City Landmark) replaced by Durable Roofing. They did an outstanding job. They are very knowledgably at their craft and sensitive to the owner's requests and the house's historic significance. Kind of sad to see them leave after 3 weeks. Even the neighbors commented on how hard they work (not much talking, music, break).nnBryan Hung

Have a water leak on my roof. Worked with Durable to diagnose. Very professional to start. This started on a Wednesday. They stated they were busy and they could only get there until the following Tuesday. This was through multiple phone calls and e-mails shared. I call Monday morning to confirm the work on Tuesday. There was no answer but I left a message. I didn't get any response on Monday so I called back on Tuesday. The person I had been working with all along acted as if we had never scheduled the work. He stated he couldn't divert his crew from other work. The area is forecast to get over an inch of rain tomorrow. I feel hung out to be wet in the house again. If I could give 0 stars I would

Wanted to Charge me $ 120.00 to give me an Estimate on my leaking roof. ALL 3 other companies I had come look were free one even came from 45 mi away at no charge.nI signed NO contract or was informed about their so called charge, they did however make it right and didnt charge me after I called.. I cant speak for there work but just be careful.

Very professional and knowledgeable. One of the only local roofing contractors to call back. Could not be happier with their services.
