This house is my first house. And my husband and I are not local so we had a difficult time in finding contractors especially ones that would call us back. Well this old house has many needs and one was a roof amongst other things. I had just started college fulltime so we were attempting to pick and choose jobs on the house that we were able to pay for at time of service. We had a recommendation for twin rivers to do a special durable flat roof on our balcony. They came out and did the job- it was great! We were very happy with the outcome and quality. However, after finding this place and wanting to hire them for other home repairs, we realized we were never going to be able to hire them. Multiple calls were made and never returned. We ended up trying to find another company for repairs and going with a different company once we decided to pursue a new roof for the rest of the house. So great job on the repair we were able to get someone out here for- but connecting with someone and returning calls- not so great at our time of needing services.

They listened to our problems and developed a plan for remediation. We were always communicated with while the work was being performed. Very professional and did a great job keeping the work site.nnOverall, very happy with the completed work!

Excellent professional and friendly service. Responded quickly to a request for a quote and was able to schedule the job within a couple of days of calling. The quote was quite reasonable. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
