These guys strung me along on an insurance claim to fix my roof for over a YEAR! Promises promises,.... I had to call every week and several times even stopped in. They never did fix anything. So I called someone else and had it fixed within a few weeks. Big thumbs down for this place.

Asked them twice to come out and give us an estimate on gutters. Kept promising to come but never did.
Coleman called me back quickly so he could quote the project and schedule ice dam removal in a timely manner. He was great about staying in touch, informed me when they could officially schedule, when the crew would be arriving, sent pictures of the work, and provided specific payment information when the job was complete. We will definitely call on Bear Roofing again if needed. Thanks, Coleman and Crew!
When the ice dams this year grew the entire length of our gutters, we callednBear Renovations for ice dam removal. They showed up when they said would,nthey were neat, fast and most importantly didn't harm any shingles.n5 Stars for 5 star service!!!
