We loved Polaris! Kyle and Justin took such good care of us from the moment we called them until the project was done. We have already recommended them to our friends and neighbors. Polaris Roofing is wonderful. They worked with me and my insurance company to get my insurance claim accepted. Once the insurance approval was completed, they had me on the schedule within a few days. They completed the job in 1 day and I cannot believe how nice my roof looks. Thank you to all the employees at Polaris Roofing for a job well done. I will definitely refer you to anyone who needs roof repairs.
My roof had a design feature where there were open beams over the entrance to the house, which allowed rain and snow to fall within 1 foot of my front door. I wanted to have plywood and shingles placed over the open beams so that I would have a dry entrance to my house, and calling Polaris to do the repair was the best decision I could have made. Kyle came to my house to assess the repair needed, and Francisco did the repair. Francisco not only installed the plywood and shingles over the beams, but he matched the shingles perfectly and put in gutters to blend into the existing gutters. Kyle was very polite and professional, explaining the work needed to do the job so that I could understand what he was saying. Francisco was also very polite and professional, and he worked very diligently to complete the job. He cleaned up the mess on my front lawn and a I had to do was to admire his handiwork. I would absolutely recommend Polaris and would call them again for any future roof work.
