Very happy with our roof. Sebastian and his team did an outstanding job. They went beyond our expectations. Always on time, great clean up, and very detailed discussions with pictures every day. On-time and completed the job a day early. Thanks Sebastian!!
I called Bremmer roofing in Flagstaff for a quote. I gentleman came out and inspected the roof and said there was hail damage. He also said if In needed support when th insurance adjuster came out he would come out to help point out the damage. When I called back to get the assistance with the adjuster, Linda at Bremmer roofing Flagstaff wanted a guarantee that we would use them to replace the roof, if they came back out. I said I was still looking at options between metal and asphalt, but I had not picked the contractor yet. Two different phone calls went un-returned. This was just unprofessional. I would not recommend this company. If they offer support they should give it without some kind of guarantee. BTW, they we 25% higher than my other quotes.
Called Aspen roofers for a problem with our shed roof. They sent someone out that day. Sebastian did a great job of figuring out what was wrong and fixing it. Great job. Great service.
Sebastian saved me this December. He is professional, competent and most of all, he is kind and caring. I was desperate and could only afford to make some small repairs to the roof. Sebastian took pity on me and worked with me to not only repair the roof, but actually replaced the whole roof. He did this in late in December. He cleared all the snow off the old roof, removed two layers of shingles and put on a brand new roof. He and his crew are the best you could ask for if you are looking for a roofer. I highly recommend Sebastian and his company. Also, I would like to thank Daisy, who runs the office. She is always ready to answer the phone and returns calls promptly. Thank you Aspen Roofing!
The owner was very nice when he came out for the estimate and we got the quote very quickly. I was impressed with the crew because they cleaned up the debris at the end of every day. Will definitely be calling Aspen again for my next big project.
