We had an excellent experience with the installation of a new roof at our home in the canyon north of Sedona. Rico was very professional, on time, kept me informed, and finished the work in a timely manner. He and his crew left the area spotless. He removed the old roof, installed a new synthetic underlayment for moisture protection, and installed new asphalt tiles. He was conscientious about carefully sealing around the chimney and pipes on the roof, showing us with photos exactly what he was doing. We are very happy with the work. The price was competitive with other bids I received so it was a very fair price.
Gabriel agreed to repair 2 small problems on my roof, promised to be onsite to make the repairs on 3 separate days. Missed each appt and didn't bother calling. Now he doesn't even return my calls. I've wasted a week waiting on him and now have to scramble to find someone else to make the repairs. Very unprofessional of him to miss 3 appts, never call, and not be responsible enough to tell me he's NOT going to do the repairs. UPDATE Nov 5: Gabriel was not sick the first 3 days he scheduled with me. Because when I called he said "sorry, forgot", "sorry got tied up", etc. Hope he's doing better and hope he (and you) understand it's important to keep customers updated so they're not wasting their time waiting around, missing deadlines, etc. Our time is just as important as yours.
Absolutely terrific company. Gabriel has replaced four roofs for us so far (on different properties), and done roof repairs on others. He's 100% reliable, competitively priced, honest, on-time, and his crews have done fantastic work. There is no other roofing contractor in Flagstaff I would ever consider to repair or re-roof for me.
Gabriel and his workers are awesome. Very quick and quality work. Gabriel helped us navigate through the insurance process. He made the process very stress free. I would recommend Lionheart to anybody that needs roofing, you wont be disappointed.
