We went there looking for an E-Bike. We weren't disappointed. Bought a new Trek E-bike and loving it! Everyone there was very helpful and answered all of our questions. They even had suggestions that we didn't think of asking about. Love them, and will be back!

Everyone at Smith's is super helpful and friendly. I brought my old bike in to get fixed up after many years sitting in a garage, and was very pleasantly surprised by how quickly the service team was able to evaluate what my bike needed and give me a very reasonable quote. I picked my bike up on Saturday and it's like new again. Highly recommend, this is a great locally-owned business!

Great local shop with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Especially like ease of access for questions and their free annual tune up with any new bike purchased. Also like the Trek bikes we purchased as a high quality and safe bike to ride for years to come.

The Service and Replacement Parts provided by Smith's Bicycle Shop are fantastic. The timing and the cost are also amazing. I had suggested replacing a couple things, but was honestly told it really wasn't necessary. Most places would have gone ahead and taken the pay. Instead, I went for a tuneup on my 10 year-old bike. Felt like I was riding a new one when I left the shop! Have already recommended Smith's to two friends. I know where I'll be going for all of my future needs in cycling! - James S.

So happy to find out that they had the two bikes we were most interested in. Very accommodating with a test drive that led to sales of both bikes!
