Hats off to bikes LTD again. Not only was it my first bike purchase experience in 1989 but still yesterday they didn't disapoint. Robbie /Robby(spelling) took my phone call and answered questions about going tubeless on my bike. Knowing shops are busy, I suspected a two/there day wait. He said bring it in now and I'll get them done for you by 4 pm. Bam....they were! Shared some stories And it was great to connect with thebthe shop of my youth. I usually go to local bike shops instead of buying online, but my last experience definitely changed that stance. After getting a phonecall saying my tires had arrived, I stood around while no one even acknowledged my presence. Brick and mortar stores are usually worth the extra money for the one on one interaction, and this place did not get that memo.

Best bike shop in a lacrosse area. Ben is a very knowledgeable guy who always comes through with all of my biking needs. If you're looking for top notch leading edge equipment go check them out.
