I am newer to the area and found this bike shop. I bought a new specialized helmet and I was very pleased with the experience and the product. I met professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The store has a good selection of products to choose from. As a nurse, I was also very pleased with how they handled everything during this current pandemic while keeping their employees and customers safe. I highly recommend them and will be visiting again.

I took my bike in to get a new tire. While we waited, I told the man helping me that my little one and i would be at the park right near by and we would come back when it was ready. As it turned out, while we were swinging at the park, the man showed up and had to ask me a question about which tire to put on. He walked all the way to the park with two tires to show me! I was absolutely amazed at the service! It looked like he was happy to help! I wish I would have caught his name, but I very much appreciated the extra effort!

After contacting nearly 60 shops from around our Illinois home, to as far as Minneapolis, we were lucky to locate this gem. Looking for a bike during this shortage is a miserable experience at best. Let alone making a 4 hour trek in hopes the Shop actually has the bike you’re looking for. Luckily for us, that shop was Coulee. Not only were we met by an extremely pleasant individual ripe with knowledge, but also the exact bike we were looking for. The shopkeep set the bike aside and would not sell it to another individual until we had seen it first, even being 4 hours away. He aloud us to ride freely, even giving me a bike to use to accompany my wife during her ride with out question. Once we decided on the bike, the shop made sure it was sized appropriately and took care of every question we had. If you are in need of a bike, you would be doing yourself a great disservice by not coming here. Aside from the great customer service, they actually have stock of sub 3k bikes in popular sizes. Which as of now I nearly impossible. Stop on by and check em out.

Rob and Danny are great at fixing our bikes and know me and my boys by name. They fix our bikes whenever we need help, no waiting for the small issues. They are part of our community, and I'm grateful to have them within biking distance.

I’ve rented/borrowed a couple bikes from Coulee Bicycle Co, and I’ve been so happy every time! The staff are really helpful and accommodating, and the bikes are BEAUTIFUL! Their Specialized electric mountain bike was so much fun to ride on the Human Powered Trails. Highly recommend!
