Great customer service and place to get bikes. Bought a backordered bike, because covid, and we're more than willing to let me know is the status changed week by week.

My wife and I LOVE this bike shop. I went in knowing nothing about bikes other than i wanted to get some exercise in on some trails this year. The owner was incredibly friendly and patient while I asked a bunch of questions. I never felt pressured to purchase and I ended up buying a much better bike because of it. Their mechanic did a quick once over and cut the handlebars to my size right then and there! 20 mins later i was riding home on the best bike i have ever ridden in my life!
We have purchased a bike for each of our children when they passes 8th grade and a bike for my wife. That is so far is five bikes. Next year will be number six. They do a great job on our tune up for our bikes from the 1970's bikes to our new bikes. Very friendly and professional.
My wife tried getting in contact and getting more information about our bike and had a rude interaction with the person. Not recommending Antioch Schwinn to my friends anymore.
