Not the type of guy you want to do business with. Very rude and condescending! Would NOT recommend AT ALL!! The other positive reviews are likely posted because a discount/monetary incentive was offered.
Royale Construction was pleasant to work with from start to finish. Mike was personable and knowledgeable about the company and their product. We had initially been looking to replace just our front bay window and ended up replacing all 10 throughout the home after seeing the quality and affordability. Turn around time was quicker than promised: 4 weeks was the quote and they had it done in 2.5! Highly recommended.

We are very satisfied customers and don't hesitate to recommend Royale Construction. They are great to work with from the initial quote to the final payment- and even beyond that. They are punctual, efficient, and professional and do excellent work.nThey went the extra mile with the insurance company and got us all the money we were entitled to and then some.nAn extra $4,812 extra to be exact.nThank you.
They never and I mean NEVER return phone calls. The home that my husband and I purchased had previously had work done by Ken at Royale Construction. To call the work shoddy is most certainly a compliment as this goes far beyond what we have found in our home. We have made numerous calls to ask questions about the placement of hookup locations behind their work and have yet to receive a call back. Our first call was Oct 17th 2018 and it is now March 20th. We've called nearly twice a month.
