Went here yesterday to get a front wheel axle because mine somehow got lost ? Old school place for sure, which was very refreshing. Anyway, Mike took the time to explain exactly how the quick release wheel axles work, how to install them properly for safety and he even showed me the small little things people mess up when they take bike wheels ON & OFF like I do a lot in order to transport bikes. 5 star is NOT enough of a rating for this place. 6 Stars ! Go here if you want an honest PRO to service your bike !

Have been here at least 1/2 dozen times since moving to the area. The owner, Mike has always been pleasant, he gets to the point depending on your question. The facts about your bike and its problems may not be what you want to hear and thus you think he is RUDE from reading the review before mine. He isn't rude and just paints the picture about your bike problem. I got a bike for FREE. I stopped by and spent $60.00 for tires, peddles, mounting the tires, etc. on that Free bike. He took the time to look up its value. A FELT bike, worth about $375.00. Do I need to say more? Great place, good mechanic, does a little extra. Do you all go to a cheap dentist? a cheap Pizza place? A cheap car mechanic? He may not be cheap to some of you but for me, Mike is the best and I'll pay for that!

Just purchased a Trek bike, it's coming in spring, Mike not only explained the reason for the wait but measuredme for a proper fit. Truly enjoyed doing business with Mike and hope to continue to do business with Mike's Bike shop

The owner assisted me and my wife in getting new bicycles. He is very knowledgeable doing this for over 35 years. We purchased additional accessories for our bicycles as well and he took the time even though it had been passed closing time to install it for us. I would highly recommend.

Mike is a good man with a wealth of knowledge and skill to set your bike up right! My wife and I just received our fitted by Mike Surly Long Haul Truckers from Mikes Bike Shop in Berlin, WI. We rode them immediately and wow what bikes they are! Can’t wait to tour. Cheers!
