I had a great experience buying a bike from here. I talked to Jeff before coming in and he was very upfront about what he had in stock and the price range. Jeff took plenty of time to explain some of the various technical features of the bikes and helped me decide which bike would be a good fit for me. I never felt any sales pressure and had a great experience learning about bikes, Jeff is extremely knowledgeable! Ultimately I bought a Canondale Quick with a few modifications. Before I left Jeff helped me size the bike and get setup. I will be back for any other bike needs.
The customer service was outstanding! Jeff was very helpful in explaining the current nation-wide bike shortage and how to properly measure my size to possibly find an appropriate bike.
Jeff has been very helpful to me. He has been a source of high quality take off tires that work great for me.

I never post reviews but I am making an exception here. My wife purchased a really nice bike from him - so I wanted to take my bike to him for repair. Upon bringing my bike into his shop I experienced contempt, disdain and anger for me and my bike. Maybe the extreme heat was getting to him. He does not work on electric bikes even though the problem was purely mechanical. He would not even mount a rear tire for me. I would avoid this place and the nasty customer service.
