I had a bad shifting problem with my road bike while on a cycling trip to Green Lake with my dad and brothers. I had to miss a day of riding, and it looked like the end of my riding on the trip. I found Mr. Bart's shop in the phone book and called, and he said he could look at the bike right away. I brought it over and in fifteen minutes he had the gears shifting perfectly. I'd always had trouble with this bike's shifters - even when brand new - but he's the first to be able to make it shift smoothly and quietly through every gear. His shop (in a garage next to a house) isn't big, but he seems to be a master at fixing and tuning bikes, and his work enabled me to ride during the rest of the trip, and he's an interesting guy to talk to about cycling in Wisconsin and bike repair and tuning.
Mr. Bart has good selection, good quality, and good advice. He runs his shop out of a garage, so his range of whole bikes in stock is not huge.
