EXCELLENT! These guys did a rubber roof for me and the work was outstanding. the crew was exceptionally courteous and fun to work with and went the extra mile. They threw in some necessary extras that I did not ask for and were not in the contract like replaced some metal siding that the ice had destroyed and repaired somethings they saw needed it with out flinching. In fact i did not know they did these extras until after they informed me about it and it was completed which means they know how to use their heads, evaluate situations, plus please the customer.I will never have to chip ice off my roof again. Thanks Lake State ! .
Lake State did a fantastic job on our roof. We had two layers that had to be torn off. The guys did an awesome job on clean up, and were always pleasant and smiling. We love our roof. I would absolutely recommend and use Lake State again.
Ed is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. One of their employees rear ended me. I reached out to their company to see if we could settle for my deductible. Someone named Ed responded and he was so rude. He claimed it was my fault because I “slammed on the brakes” even though I had a police report which had witnesses saying it was the employee’s fault. In the end I had to tell him to stop contacting me because he was threatening to sue ME for getting hit. By the way, I did receive my deductible from his insurance company because his employee clearly was at fault. Based on this experience I would never do business with this comapany. The way he harassed me was ridiculous. I have all the emails as proof.
