Mick and Blake were outstanding. Arriving on time, quality craftsmanship, answering all of our questions and making sure I knew how to operate the windows and doors. I can honestly say the installation and quality of the new patio doors and windows are better than new construction of our home 20 years ago. I would not hesitate to recommend Mick and Blake, Renewal by Andersen or Asher; money well spent.
We used Asher Lasting Exteriors for 8 new windows, a new patio door, new soffits, and gutters. We are very pleased with the work that they did. Thank you to Steve and Aaron for valuable suggestions in the planning stage. Special thanks to installers Brandon and Holt for the windows, Jason, David, and Chad who did the soffits and wrap, Kyle and Nick who put on the new gutters, and finally Brad who finished up the one final step. The quality of the products is excellent as was the quality of customer service and workmanship. We would highly recommend Asher to others.
We needed a run of gutter to match an existing run on another portion of the house that Asher had installed previously. The sales consultant came out promptly and gave us a quick quote. He had already researched the work we had done previously so he already knew the style, color and dimensions. Extremely efficient! They were able to fit us in a few weeks from the estimate, and Kyle and Sawyer showed up and completed the job in less the two hours. Prompt, efficient, courteous and clean. Other than an attractive, well installed gutter and downspout you'd have never known they were here.
This was my first renovation on my first home, which was built in the 1950’s. Using Asher was the best experience I could have hoped for. The initial inspection, walkthrough, and expectations with Sherry, was very helpful and calmed my nerves with doing a project on an old home. There were no high pressure sales tactics. She walked me through every step of the process and gave me a very clear presentation on the products they offer and the installation process. A few weeks later, Ray, came and did a final measurement and gave me more insights on windows, which really helped me on the opening directions of the windows, how they should face, and wind direction within the house. Matt and Mick, were the gentleman who installed the windows. It was like they were never there. But, I was fortunate enough to run into them and they waked me through the house and explained the work that was done and the windows themselves.
The representatives, Kyle and Sawyer, from your company were excellent! They worked in a timely and professional manner and the outcome was perfect. I was so happy that they had the entire job done before suppertime. They represented your company well and I appreciate doing business with you. May I add that your salesman, Brandon, needs a special shout-out because he is a top-notch Salesman and also a pleasure to do business with. He was friendly and used no pressure sales and I appreciated that.
