Took my bike to ERIK'S for service. Now I won't go anywhere else in EC for service. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and polite; their pricing was very fair and the estimate prior to the work was thorough and accurate. Great job guys!
Ryan was super knowledgeable and helped my daughter get the right board and taught her how to adjust the wheels and trucks.
I bought a $1400 electric bike from Erik's. The bike was supposed to be new, but the battery already will not hold a charge. I have ridden it twice, short trips of about a mile. Tried riding it the next day both times, and both times the battery has been completely dead. A new bicycle battery should hold a charge much longer than that. And the store is giving me a hard time about exchanging the bike. Said I have to leave it with them for 7 to 10 days, and they will let me know after that if it can be exchanged. With good costumer service, I SHOULD just be able to bring it in, and leave with a bike that works properly. But instead I will need to get someone with a large enough vehicle to transport the bike twice. With good costumer service, this shouldn't even be an issue. Wonder how long the bike and battery have been sitting in their stock room?
My son's Giant bicycle got damaged last fall at biking club. I took it to Erik's in Eau Claire. The gentleman was very polite. He researched the best price for my son's repairs. They emailed me a quote and timeframe. I was super pleased as the repairs came in under cost and ahead of schedule. Thanks for everything!
My wife and I went into Erik's today wanting to get into entry level mountain biking. We were greated by Jon right away. He asked what it is we're looking for in bikes so we said we want to get into mountain biking. He was so helpful getting us fitted for the right size bikes. We ended up buying both of the bikes he recommended to us. Couldn't be happier, cant wait for warmer weather. Thanks again Jon!
