We (2 people) stayed at the Dor Cros Inn for a long weekend (Friday-Sunday). Laura & Cory were extremely helpful & kind during our entire stay. We stayed in one of the studio cabins. It had a bedroom and bathroom which was all we needed. We did bring our own charcoal for the grills and a camping grill. It’s located on the same road as the ferry and is close to everything. We will definitely be back!

We came to Washington island for first time with our two sons. This place was perfect. Location, it has such charm. The host are amazing. I am so glad we stayed here. We loved hearing the history.

We stayed for a few nights in a newly updated suite. It was adorable and clean. We didn’t have the pleasure of meeting Laura, but Cory’s hospitality was amazing. He showed us around and knew us by face and name when he would see us out of the suite, and would always greet us. Due to COVID, some places have different hours/rules/are closed; they had marked things on a map on the bulletin board about those such places. Renting a DVD was great at night after being out on the island all day and on our rainy day. We were able to take some floaties to use at the beach from the property. Location is on the same road as the ferry and right around the corner from the Albatross. We will definitely rent bikes next time, which are conveniently located on the property. We can’t wait to go back. Would recommend Dor Cross Inn to anyone and everyone.

Very informative, hospitality surpassed 5 stars, very clean, and the extremely fluffy towels added to a comfortable retro feel to the room was a definite welcoming bonus! We will be back! - Thank you for the wonderful experience! ~Jamie & Casey

Wonderful little place to stay. Got stuck on the island and the manager worked with us to get a good price. Clean and comfortable!
