This is a great place for customer service and buying bikes and merchandise for bicycles.nAt both locations Sturgeon Bay and Fish Creek WI.. I've had good service. Had a problem with my Di2 shifter and Stretch (that's what he was called anyway) took some time to help me troubleshoot. They were busy and I very much appreciated in breaking away to see if he could help, not to mention the use of a specific tool to plug in the connections. He offered some insight and got me rolling again. Very much appreciated.

Fish Creek location - The e-bikes were a lot of fun and a good price. I recommend getting there right when they open if you want to reserve a specific bike. When I called, I was told they had e bikes available..I told them I’d be there within 5 mins and they said they would hold them for us. We arrived within 3 minutes and they had rented the e bikes from under us, and I was told “sorry, I guess we don’t have any available” as I see another couple walking away with them. We were able to rent them the following day but a bit of a frustrating experience to say the least.

Affordable, quick and easy to rent a bike. Beautiful trails through the state park. Bike was easy to ride.

Love this place. We've purchased a few items over this years but this week's visit required service. We were about to go for a ride and noticed one of our tires was flat. Since we already had the bikes on our car, drove straight to Nor Door as quickly as we could since they were about to close. Got there at 5:03 (closing was 5:00) but the door was still open. I popped in and asked if I could try taking just a few minutes to fill my tire - and if leaking could I drop off the bike - they said sure. Yes the tire was definitely flat so I left the bike. Literally no more than 15 minutes later I get a text message saying my bike was fixed and ready to pick up the next day. Only charged $15 (I don't know what a normal cost should be but it seemed very fair). Nice people, willing to stay and work late, and wonderful communication all to take care of their customers. Wow.
