Updating my original review.nnI was able to get in contact with people at BRH and sorted out the communication problem. They sent Darren out to finalize the inspection and our contract and allowed leeway with the payment schedule. On the day they were supposed to arrive, everyone came within the expected time and did the roof work in a timely manner. I haven't seen any leaks since.nAfterwords, a separate job came up for a small patch job from a handful of loose shingles. There were some issues with communication, but ultimately the job got completed and they were generous with the cost.nI can recommend them for roof work and intend to do more business with them in the future.
Good company to work with, pretty responsive. Very happy with their work. Currently working with them on getting gutters fixed up a little bit which hasn't been done yet, but they are working with me on that.
BRH Enterprises did an amazing job at repairing and installing a new roof and soffit and facia on our home! We had been having leaking and damage from a recent storm and BRH came and gave us peace of mind by helping us with the repairs. From the inspection, to ordering supplies, installation and clean up, we were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, kindness, and promptness. We are receiving so many comments from our neighbors saying our home has never looked so good! If anyone needs exterior work done on their homes, BRH is the way to go! Thank you so much for making us feel taken care of and giving our home a much needed face lift!
I would not recommend this company. Poor communication and lack costumer service skills. Willing to get the job done quickly, but avoiding us when a mistake needed to be fixed. Its been over two months of us calling the company and they have yet to fix their mistake. It's a simple tv antennae mistake that could have easily been fixed. After multiple phone calls, the company has dropped off a broken, used antennae and one new antennae but has left no response as to when it will be installed.
My wife and I were extremely pleased with the workmanship that Andy and BRH Enterprises did for us. We have a large roof that was damaged by hail and the BRH crew did an outstanding job. Not only were they knowledgeable, courteous, quick, and efficient, but after the job was completed, they walked around the house with 5 gallon buckets and picked up every scrap that was left behind from the process. I have recommended BRH to several of my neighbors and they have decided to use them, after they saw the completion of our home. Thanks BRH for an awesome job!
