ot sure where to start from. Extremely unprofessional. Actually the most unprofessional person I have dealt with in my lifetime. Took a quote for a roof maintenance and landscaping job and went ahead with the landscaping job for our new home as our house warming and family visits was 2days away. It started with a commitment of arrival time between 7am-9am but it started off at 3pm with random reasons whatsoever. Probably he isn't used to using his tools so while using one of his tools it flung something and cracked one of our patio window entirely. Who has to replace it? Expectation is him right? Spent 5hours on our lawn I agree but completed just 40% and expected all of the money. His reason for not doing it the very next day - wife's brother has a basketball match -really? This work was done on August 2nd and today it's August 16th and the job + window fixing is still not done. My calls and texts go unanswered most times unless we give a warning that this might force us to take legal actions. It doesn't end there- he has some anger management issues and the way he talks to me is plain unacceptable. Says he doesn't have the money to replace it. Whereas he himself told us that it was available at a local thrift store for $100 but expected us to pay- why? I am not able to believe he could make the money in all these days despite every time he ignores our call the staple reason is "he's at work". Gives big talks about integrity and how he is a man of words- well I question that. I waited so long to just give him enough time to make it alright but he didn't. If you have all the time in the world, give an amateur practice sessions and ofcourse agree to pay for their mistakes (they don't have insurance) go for it- orelse there are others charging the exact same with insurance. Please explore around. Not recommended at all.
