Heartland Home Improvement came in with a well priced bid. Our job was scheduled and begun as promised. It took two more days than promised but the workmanship was well done on the roof. As the job progressed Tom suggested that our skylights needed replacing. We purchased the two windows and though they are functioning well, the install resulted in some cracked drywall. HHI repaired the crack but the patch is still clearly visible. A bit of a blemish on an otherwise good job.
I had Tom replace two roofs for me. Both were done on the day he promised. I own a home inspection company so I would be as hard to please as any and the job he did was great. He also fixed a couple of items that needed attention even though they weren't part of the roofing job. His rates are very competitive. I would highly recommend Hardtland for any roofing project.
We are very pleased with the result of our project. We worked with Tom to replace the siding on our home. It looks very sharp and he took the time to suggest other things that we didn't even think of, like replacing the garage window and gutters/gutter guards. The price was reasonable and we wish we had found him for projects that we had done previously! We are confident that Tom cares about doing things the right way and we plan to reach out to him for future home improvement needs.
