We had a wonderful stay - the staff was super friendly and accommodating and very conscientious about keeping everything clean so we didn’t worry about Covid at all. Our suite was perfect. The lobby area was gorgeous. Parking was secure and easy and the location can’t be beat. Thank you to the general manager for making our stay extra special! We’ll be back.
I am a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness. If you want a super clean hotel stay here!! Stayed for a weekend trip to visit my family. We had a great time. Room was super clean, staff was friendly and its a great location. We could walk to the mall, target and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay again.
Great rooms and service but a pain with the stupid Wisconsin COVID rules.
The people here are the best most caring people. My step daughter was in the hospital in Madison. They were very compassionate and help us in any way possible. By far the best hotel I have been to. I would recommend them and only stay with them if i have to go back. The assistant manager Ashley I believe was the best. Thank you for all of your help.
My husband and I had a 5 night stay. It was our first hotel stay since Covid. The hotel staff was exceptional. They reassured us of the cleaning protocols they adhere to and asked us what else they could do to make our stay more comfortable. We were so impressed with how clean our room as well as the entire property was during our stay. Everything was perfect even the breakfast set up & coffee bar. We will definitely stay there again when we travel to Madison. Aside from this, it is a new property with all the amenities you need. You can walk to restaurants, grocery and Target. Definitely a 5 star.
