I love Hilton properties and this Hilton Garden Inn exemplifies everything that's great about the brand. Nice, clean facilities. Great food. And an outstanding staff. Customer service is on par with some of the best Hilton hotels at which I've stayed. Places like this make me an Honors customer for life.
What a nice facility! Friendly and helpful staff, lovely rooms. Perfect mattress and pillows-- everything spotlessly clean. The restaurant and bar area well staffed and convenient. The omelet bar is a welcome departure from the typically limited menu in similar hotel restaurants. Overall, a truly enjoyable experience! Thank you Tom!
The hotel is in an excellent location close to a mall and many restaurants as well as highway exits. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Nov 2019.nnOne of the few hotels that provide free bottled water. Restaurant staff is extremely courteous and helpful. I would particularly like to mention Zack Loyd, the Chef, who figured out we particularly liked a particular dish and prepared it free for us with some twists and added spiciness after he got to know we ordered four of those the previous night.nnIf I am in Madison again, this is where I will stay.
The Covid protocols kill service and the warm welcoming. The rooms have been updated, but small things and details not attended to. Example old outlet covers, cracked, discolored, but then new paint.
