My trust and confidence steadily grew as he increased my safety in making a decision.nnI ended up buying two distinct e-bikes, one for my wife and one for me. What a great experience buying a bike from the legendary Crazy Lenny. We were loyal customers of American Tv and Appliance for all of our lives until it sadly closed a few years ago. Who knew Lenny's next adventure was electric bikes?! We worked with Evan to find a great deal on our first electric bike. Because we're going into winter in WI, it'll be a few months before I ride it, but I'm excited for one more thing to look forward to in the spring.

I had a great experience today. I haven't ridden a bike in several years and thought I'd be shaky on an e-bike. The person showing me the e-bike was extremely patient & helpful. There are many to choose from, but we quickly narrowed down the choices to the two that worked best for me. Both were nice, but the more expensive one was also noticeably better. (Tough choice for me!) After a couple loops around the lot to get back my long lost riding skills, I took off down the bike trail. With the training I received, I was up to speed very quickly. There was no pressure to buy a bike, which I really appreciated.

I might just ride all winter long! Thanks for your help picking out my new ebike. Great selection. Knowledgeable staff. Customers should try them all, but then buy the Yamaha like I did.

John was awesome, after several days of texts he put together a two bike package that checked all of our boxes and saved us a TON of money vs retail. We’re are looking to purchase a third bike for our son. Super fast shipping and went above and beyond to make sure the bikes were perfect when they arrived. We took the bikes out on trails this weekend and electric is a GAME CHANGER.
