I’ve worked with Todd every time prior to my most recent visit and had wonderful customer experiences. The most recent time I waited for a good 15mins while staff member's talked and asked if I could wait while they continued to stand there, ok? Then the young college student who came to help me had no tips on how to alter my running to help my foot placement. Had no extra knowledge of the difference in shoes & the benefits. Overall flat affect. Just not an experience i’d like to have again or recommend others going for.
