The room was clean and roomy enough for the price we paid. The bathroom was clean, easy to maneuver in and the pressure was good in the shower. All the appliances worked. The breakfast bar was adequately stocked and appropriate for the pandemic. But most importantly, the staff, especially Brianna the night manager, were very friendly and helpful.
Vicent was very welcoming and always helpful. The lady from Brazil also very sweet and the service from all other staff had me wanting to come back. Thank you for the great service
Stayed a couple of days ago while visiting my daughter for her birthday. It was great to have the pool open as we had a place to hang out for the evening. And Vincent, the front desk guy, was great - so accommodating and friendly. We had a great stay!
I was in town to pick up my daughter from the U. Since I was traveling alone, the computer assigned me to a single room that happened to be handicapped accessible. Vincent at the front desk asked me if I needed that. I said I didn’t and wondered if I could get a room with a view of the lake, Lake Menona. Since the ‘Inn’ wasn’t near capacity, he gave me a larger suite on the top floor, one of the few rooms he figured had a view of the lake. It was very nice. My daughter and I managed to have our dinner in the room since local restaurants were serving takeout only due to the pandemic. Then late in the morning, while waiting for my daughter to finish her packing at the U, I asked if I could have a late checkout — twice — and Andressa at the front desk kindly obliged. I was grateful for that kind approval as well. So all and all, the value, comfort and service couldn’t be beat!
Nice hotel at the budget price point. Location is perfect right across the street from alliant energy center. Not too far from downtown. Pretty close to a couple good restaurants and other local attractions. Room is clean good size bathroom has great water pressure. Definitely would stay here again
