The location of this inn, close to the medical research center, makes this a great place to stay when either being a patient or a visitor/companion to a patient.nBest Western offers shuttle service to the clinic/hospital/research bldgs all day and most of the night.nRooms are comfortable, great beds & linens plus a kitchenette...but that's not all. The cafe downstairs prepares dishes tasty and reasonably priced.nnElevator is a bit slow and the staff is wonderful.,. knowledgeable, cheerful and helpful!nnI will return
With the current Covid concerns, the Best Western Plus Inntowner of Madison did an exceptional job of making my stay there feel comfortable and safe. Everything was clean, and continually being cleaned as well as some great procedures for grab and go breakfast and room service meals that made my stay comfortable. The staff was always friendly and everyone wore masks to protect others in the hotel.
Staff is friendly and helpful . Service exceeded my expectations. Thank you to everyone who made my stay easier. Shuttle service is excellent as well. Thank you guys also.
This was a difficult time. I was in Madison to stay near a daughter at UWM Hospital. The InnTowner was a perfect escape from that pressure. The staff are by far the friendliest imaginable.
I first gave it 3 starts but more I thought about it, I had wonderful night sleep, the people behind the front desk are wonderful!! Great clean place
